Including interactions with our AI chatbot features, where the text, data, or information you input or communicate through the chat interface is considered part of the content you provide.
Compass Catalyst reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any content deemed inappropriate across these interactions. You agree that you will not post, distribute, or create content within these services that could harm Compass Catalyst or any third party's reputation or legal standing. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or in violation of privacy or publicity rights. Failure to comply with these terms may lead to account suspension or termination, removal of content, and potential legal action against you.

In the event of a dispute, Compass Catalyst encourages users to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by contacting our customer service. If we are not able to resolve the dispute through customer service, all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of Haifa District, Israel. You waive any rights to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This dispute resolution provision will survive the termination of any or all of your transactions with Compass Catalyst .
